Walk-up COVID Vaccine Clinic
*Please note the age requirement is now 12 and up

Date:   Saturday, June 12th

Times:   10am – 4pm

Location:   Walleye Weekend Grounds, North end of Main Street (at Promen Dr. Intersection)

Walleye Weekend will have an onsite, walk-up COVID Vaccine Clinic available to anyone 12 years of age or older at the time of vaccination.  Parent or guardian consent for anyone under the age of 18.  No insurance or ID is required.  There will be a one-dose and two-dose option available.
