Fondue Feast Challenge Entry Form 2026

Complete this form to be entered to qualify for the Fondue Feast Challenge at Fondue Fest on Saturday, September 12th, 2026. Event check-in will be at 10:30am at Main Street Plaza (Corner of Sheboygan St. and Main St. in downtown Fond du Lac) and the winner will be announced at 12:15pm at the completion of the competition. Qualifiers are limited to nine contestants and all accepted contestants will be notified by End of Day, Tuesday, September 7th, so sign up today! See complete set of rules on webpage.
