Q: What time is the event open?

 

A: This event happens for one day only!

Saturday, October 10th: 10am – 6pm

 

Prior to the official start of Fondy FallToberFest, a 5K and Kids Fun Run will take place at 8:30am and 9:30am respectively.

Q: Is this event free?

A: Yes! Admission to this event and subsequent programming inside the event (with the exception of pumpkin launching) are also free. Fondy FallToberFest offers live music and family-friendly programming all day long. Food trucks and vendors are not free and prices will vary.

 

Q: Where can I park?

Please note that traffic and access to Promen Drive may be influenced by The Scary Scurry 5k and Kids Fun Run, event partner and giant pumpkin load in, and possible private events at Lakeside Park Pavilion.

 

A: General Event Goer Parking

Event Goer Parking will be available on Park Avenue, Harbourview Drive, the Softball Island Parking Lot, Main Street, and Frazier Drive.

 

  • Main Street, Frazier Drive: Those who park to the East of the bridge may use the pedestrian paths and bridges on Fountain Island to get to Fondy FallToberFest on Oven Island. From parking to Fondy FalltoberFest is only a 5 minute walk!
  • Harborview Drive, Softball Island Parking Lot: Those who park on the southern side of Lakeside Park on Harborview Drive or in the Softball Island Parking Lot (includes Handicapped Parking) may take the pedestrian bridges from Softball Island to Fondy FallToberFest on Oven Island. From parking to Fondy FallToberFest is only a 5 minute walk!
  • Park Avenue: Those who park on Park Avenue may take the pedestrian bridges from Softball Island to Fondy FallToberFest on Oven Island. (There is no handicapped parking offered on Park Avenue). From parking to Fondy FallToberFest is only a 5 minute walk!
  • Overflow Parking: The overflow parking lot is located off of West Harbourview Drive in a grassy area. This lot will be open weather permitting. No overnight parking is available here. Those who park here may use the pedestrian paths and bridges on Fountain Island to get to Fondy FallToberFest on Oven Island. From parking to Fondy FalltoberFest is only a 5 minute walk!

 

B: Handicapped Parking

Available near Oven Island Bridge, In Softball Island Parking Lot

 

C: Giant Pumpkin Growers and Event Partner Parking

Parking in the field on the corner of Harborview and Main Street in grass – This parking is available for pumpkin growers with trailers and event partners. When parking, please allow space for vehicles to maneuver between rows and in and out of the parking lot.

 

Q: What time is the Scary Scurry Fun Run and 5K?

A: The Scary Scurry 5K will start at 8:30 am.

The Scary Scurry Fun Run (1/2 Mile Race) will start at 9:30 am.

Q: Will there be an ATM on-site?

 

A: Yes, we will have an ATM available on-site for event goers to use. Some vendors may only take cash

 

 

Q: Will a wristband purchase be necessary to buy alcohol on-site?

 

A: No, you do not have to purchase a wristband. Wristbands will be free with the presentation of a legal ID at our volunteer run wristband booth. Please get a wristband before purchasing alcohol.
